Eduardo Baamonde was born in Villalba, Lugo (Spain) in 1962. He graduated in History of Art and Museology at the University of Santiago de Compostela .  He also studied at the school of arts and crafts. He has been working as an Artteacher at Secondary School since 1988. He loves painting and graphic design and began his creative process in the early 80’s. Since then he has participated in many exhibitions. He usually joins infast painting contests, where he has won several awards.His paintings can be found in private and public collections. We should also point out his work as an illustrator and writer ofchildren’s books. Besides, he has published several beautifully illustrated travel books.
